The State Agency Sea-Level Rise Action Plan for California (Action Plan), coordinated by the California Ocean Protection Council (OPC), outlines a roadmap toward coastal resiliency actions for the state of California from Fiscal Year 2021-22 to 2024-25. OPC implements the Action Plan in partnership with the state Sea Level Rise Leadership team, which consists of 17 California state agencies who regulate, develop, and implement local, regional, and state policies regarding the coastal zone, climate change, and coastal resilience.
